kids look to their parents as role models so they like to do what their parents do. If parents eat healthy, kids are sure to follow that and it is a healthy habit.

My kid occasionally eats junk foods otherwise he has healthy eating habits. This may be bcos we also have healthy foods at home.

Butter, Cheese, Soyabean products,tofu, peanuts roasted or steamed, Peanut butter, Carrots, brocoli, pastas, Alu paratha, Yoghyurt etc...
